After your session
Immediately after your session you may feel like you are buzzing, and very energetic or euphoric and light. Later that day or the day after you may feel tired. Other symptoms may occur, too. This reflects new frequencies being integrated in your body. Should some negative emotions surface, try just to observe them and let them go without any attachment. And be gentle with yourself.
Make sure you drink of plenty of water, ca 2-3 litres per day. A hot bath (max 20 minutes) adding 1 pack of Epsom salt for can help, too. Maybe add a few drops of lavender essential oil. Make sure your head remains cool by putting a cold wet cloth on your neck or forehead.
